Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (“MOL”) confirm the Japanese flagged container vessel, ONE MAJESTY (IMO 9424912), under operation of Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd., has experienced an impact while anchoring in the Persian Gulf, approximately 60nm from the Strait of Hormuz on 11 March 2026.

All crew are reported to be safe and accounted for and there are no reports of pollution at this time.

An inspection of the hull revealed partial damage above the waterline. The vessel remains fully operational and seaworthy.

MOL is working with relevant parties to establish the cause of the incident.

MOL will continue to place the highest priority on safety while closely monitoring the situation and gathering information on the vessel.
